Package Containerised ETP +STP

Problem

Analytical Lab Effluent with heavy Hydrocarbons & High COD. PCB has suggested RO. Quantity of effluent 5.0 M3/Day High TDS & COD + Sewage 3.0 M3/Day. No Space for conventional plant. The plant should be automatic as this is R & D Unit with low manpower requirement.


Solution

Input flow to the package containerized plant was managed in such a way that COD/BOD loads are treatable. The challenge was high industrial effluent & low Sewage. Package containerized plant provided as per space available. Automatic PLC based plant.
