Problem

Small quantity of industrial effluent with 0.83 M³/Day High TDS + Sewage 4.8 M³/Day. No Space for conventional plant. Wanted speedy installation as the plant work is already over. The plant should be automatic.

Solution

Designed the plant in way that Reverse Osmosis is not required, thus saving the CAPEX cost at the same time PCB norms of 2100 mg/Lit of Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) are met with. Managed in the available space of 6 M x 2.2 M x 3.0 M. Start to Installation 1 Months. Fully PLC based plant with Alarm & Visible Lights.
